Facility in Rockford, IL seeking Radiology locums coverage Rates: $450/hr Opportunity Highlights 
- Start Date: June 1, 2026.
- Shifts Needed: Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (2 providers needed).
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (1 provider needed).
- Schedule: Approximately 20 shifts per month.
- Work-Life Balance: No call required.
- EMR: Epic.
- Cross-Credentialing: Providers will be cross-credentialed to support regional system coverage.
- Interpretations: General diagnostic studies including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray, and Fluoroscopy.
- Workflow: Providing timely, accurate reads for the Emergency Department, Inpatient units, and Outpatient clinics.
- Communication: Directly communicating significant or urgent findings to ordering physicians to ensure rapid patient care.
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (Required).
- Licensure: Active Illinois (IL) Medical License and IL CSR must be in hand at the time of submission. Note: IMLC is not accepted.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-residency experience.
- Certifications: Active ACLS and DEA (Required).
- Credentialing: 60-day timeframe for full or temporary privileges.
