Family Practice - Without OB Physician

- Per Diem (no office):
- Roswell: 1/2 days/week (50 miles radius)
- Own Office:
- Silver City: 2 days/week
- Hobbs: 1 day/week
- Grants: 1/2 day/week
• Duties:
- Perform exams; interview-based (with some physical assessment)
- Range of motion testing
- Muscle strength testing
- No prescribing, no treatment
• Malpractice Insurance Covered

Requirements:
• Active NM License
• BC
• Own personal laptop (No MACs/Apple)
• DMA Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Proficiency in:
- METs Testing
- Eval and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular
• Must be within 50 miles of location
• NPDB Report
