Job Overview

The position is located in Middletown, Pa. and offers a career path with comprehensive training across multiple departments, including Production and Sales Operations, with the goal of developing future operational leaders.
Responsibilities
Gain the knowledge and experience required to progress to a management position under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Train and work in various departments such as Production and Sales Operations within the insulation business.
Assist in running a branch operation, learning all aspects of the role.
Operations Management experience is preferred, especially in the building materials or construction industry.
Be willing to travel for training and potentially relocate for a permanent assignment.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
If operating a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required.
Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of two years of experience in construction management or distribution services.
Physical Requirements
The role requires work in both office and field environments, including standing, walking on uneven ground at construction sites, bending, and lifting objects under 25 lbs. Periodic traveling and drive time between locations and job sites are also expected.
