The Position
The Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as a strategic partner to executive leadership, supporting organizational priorities through project coordination, data analysis, and executive-level operational support. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties and requires a proactive professional who can contribute to strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and help translate leadership priorities into actionable plans.
Responsibilities
Supporting the CEO and executive leadership in strategic initiatives and organizational priorities
Managing and tracking executive-level projects and cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and accountability
Preparing data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to support executive decision-making
Managing Board of Directors documentation, including preparation and coordination of board packets, meeting materials, and related records
Collaborating with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure alignment with executive priorities
Supporting executive leadership with research, analysis, and operational insights
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in a senior executive support role, preferably supporting C-suite leadership
Experience in the kidney care, dialysis, or healthcare industry strongly preferred
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
Strong technical proficiency, including experience working with data, reports, dashboards, or analytics tools
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
