Job Title: Resident Care Coordinator
- 1st Shift FULL TIME 32 hours/Week/Every other Weekend

Pay & Raise Policy
Annual raises:
$0.50–$0.75/hour based on attendance, performance, and write-up history
Wage cap:
$20.00/hour
At the cap?
You’ll receive an annual
cost of living bonus , paid out over time instead of a raise
Shift differentials:
Dependent on the shift and location
Resident Care Coordinator Responsibilities
Support residents with daily care (hygiene, dressing, eating, mobility, toileting)
Administer medications
Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
Communicate clearly with staff, residents, and families
Keep the building clean, safe, and within compliance standards
Resident Care Coordinator Requirements
CBRF certification required
Valid Driver's License (not restricted or probationary)
Must pass a caregiver background check
Strong attendance and professionalism
Compassionate and reliable team player
