Overview
We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Guest Experience Supervisor who can lead with confidence, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and deliver standout service that matches the energy of Hollywood itself. If you’re someone who stays cool under pressure, leads from the front, and knows how to turn busy shifts into seamless experiences, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Lead daily food & beverage operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing up to 80% of your shift
Manage staffing, breaks, and shift coverage to support business needs
Oversee service flow between front and back of house
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Train, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
Lead pre-shift briefings to align the team on priorities and goals
Support inventory management, cost control, and sales-driving initiatives
Oversee cash handling, reporting, and end-of-shift procedures
Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of food & beverage or restaurant leadership experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage high-volume service environments
Experience with POS systems and inventory/sales tracking
A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality
Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
Food safety certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
