Do you bring out the star in your students? Taylor Robinson Music is looking for private music instructors, especially for piano, who share our philosophy "Learn to Play From the Heart". We strive to make music lessons accessible and affordable to as many people as possible.
Teaching Format
Lessons may be conducted at students' homes, your home or studio, or via webcam (a small percentage). Most students prefer in-person lessons; local instructors are needed who can host students or travel within Boca Raton, FL.
Compensation
Paid on an independent contractor basis between $20-$30 per hour, based on travel time, experience/education, and student retention. You set your own schedule and curriculum, while we handle advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing.
Responsibilities
Teach private music lessons, primarily piano
Create lesson plans and curriculum tailored to students
Communicate regularly with the office and keep lesson records
Arrive on time and maintain a professional, organized presence
Adhere to COVID-19 precautions: wear mask, sanitize hands, practice social distancing when necessary
Qualifications
Professional experience or degree in music, enrollment in a music program, or previous teaching experience required
Strong teaching ability with children and good communication skills
Organized, reliable, and punctual
