What’s the job?
Lofty is hiring a client-facing Web Implementation Expert to help clients transform template-based Lofty websites into high-performing, hyperlocal lead‑generation engines. In this role, you’ll work directly with real estate agents, teams, and brokerages to customize their websites within the Lofty platform. You’ll lead website strategy conversations, understand client markets and feature areas, and adapt templates to support buyer, seller, and homeowner journeys. This role focuses on experience, clarity, and conversion. All work is completed within Lofty’s website builder using built‑in tools, with limited HTML and CSS customization for layout and design improvements.

Work Directly with Clients

Lead website strategy and implementation calls with Lofty clients.

Understand client markets, feature areas, and target geographies.

Translate business goals into practical website customizations.

Clearly communicate platform capabilities and limitations.

Customize Template-Based Websites

Adapt Lofty website templates to match client branding and positioning.

Build and refine hyperlocal pages (cities, ZIP codes, neighborhoods).

Improve layout, hierarchy, spacing, and overall visual flow.

Ensure sites feel professional, modern, and easy to navigate.

Improve Conversion & User Experience

Optimize calls‑to‑action, lead forms, and registration flows.

Design clear buyer, seller, and homeowner journeys.

Ensure chat, CTAs, and contact options are intentionally placed.

Mobile-First Execution

Ensure all templates and pages function cleanly on mobile devices.

Identify and fix layout and interaction issues across screen sizes.

Confirm lead capture works consistently across devices.

Template & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work inside Lofty’s website builder and CMS.

Apply limited HTML and CSS changes focused on design and layout.

Maintain and improve reusable templates for scalability.

Partner with backend and product teams to refine and expand template capabilities.

Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and DMA teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

What’s the work location?
You’ll be based out of our stunning, light‑filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000‑square‑foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in‑office five days a week to ramp up quickly and connect with your team. Once performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in‑office days per week.

What’s the earning potential ($$)?
First‑year earnings? This role offers a competitive base salary range starting at $60,000 and a 20% bonus with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Requirements
What are we looking for?

3+ years of client‑facing web development experience.

Strong HTML and CSS fundamentals.

Basic JavaScript for simple UI interactions.

Experience working within closed SaaS website platforms.

Strong UX and conversion‑focused mindset.

Comfortable leading client conversations and managing expectations.

Ability to operate within structured, template‑based systems.

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.

Strong Plus (Real Estate Focus)

Experience with real estate platforms such as Lofty, kvCORE, BoomTown, CINC, Real Geeks, or Sierra Interactive.

IDX‑powered website experience.

Understanding of hyperlocal real estate marketing and feature‑area pages.

Experience working directly with real estate agents or teams.

Familiarity with real estate lead capture and registration flows.
