Key Responsibilities
Provide daily care and support for adults with developmental disabilities
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Qualifications
Must be 21 years or older

Must pass:
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
Background check
Drug screeningl>
Pre‑employment physical
Reference check
APS Registry verification
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain)
Strong ethics, compassion, and reliability
Alignment with a faith‑based / Christian mission preferred
Skills
Caregiving and direct support experience
Strong communication and documentation
Customer service mindset
Ability to work outdoors and navigate ranch terrain
