Job Summary
Sunstates Security is hiring Flex Security Officers for the Bowling Green, OH area to work on‑call/as needed. All shifts and days are available. The position offers a pay rate of $19.00/hr with weekly pay.
Compensation
$19.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities
Attend training at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
Work flexible shifts as they become available through illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other staffing needs.
Be prepared to cover shifts on short notice and accept at least 80% of scheduled short‑notice shifts.
Read and become knowledgeable of Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and act quickly and efficiently according to them.
Stand or walk for extended periods and distances as required.
Qualifications
Must have reliable transportation.
One year of experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Willing to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
Exceptional report writing skills.
Ability to mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
Capable of working independently.
Strong written communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
