We are hiring for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations across two distinct dining outlets, set against the stunning backdrop of the North Georgia mountains. This is a leadership role with opportunities to grow your career while creating memorable dining experiences for guests from all over.
Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of two restaurant outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient service
Lead by example—training, coaching, and motivating service teams to deliver exceptional hospitality
Step in to oversee full dining room operations in the absence of the F&B Manager
Ensure all service, product quality, and presentation meet Resort standards
Handle guest interactions with professionalism, including resolving concerns and elevating experiences
Monitor cash handling, cleanliness, and sanitation standards to ensure compliance
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational organization
Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, boost sales, and enhance the overall guest experience
Maintain strong communication across departments to keep operations running seamlessly
Qualifications
Previous food & beverage leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service standards and team development
Working knowledge of financials like budgets, and cost controls
A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
