Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LMFT/LCSW)

Position Overview
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to promote student resilience and pro-social behaviors.
Conduct mental health screenings and implement strategies to increase access to culturally competent School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) programs.
Partner with staff and community providers to streamline referrals and improve service sustainability.
Execute school-wide safety protocols, including suicide prevention and post-vention support.
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling Psychology
Valid California Clinical License as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) (Required)
Bilingual in Spanish to provide culturally competent care to the student population (Highly Preferred)
