Job Overview
Guards must have a valid Denver Guard License, a driver's license, and a guard card.
Guards must have a vehicle to commute to work and be physically able to walk up and down stairs and remain on their feet for long periods.
Guard will work during holidays and pay for their own uniform.
Location: Patrolling an apartment complex and garage.
Shift Hours: 8 pm to 4 am (8 hour shift), 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
Perform multiple documented patrols during shifts.
Check main areas to ensure they are clear and remove unauthorized persons from closed areas.
Verify residents on site and manage noise complaints.
Patrol parking lots and check vehicle status.
Contact police if physical confrontation becomes necessary.
Requirements
Security experience: 1 year (preferred).
Driver’s License – required.
Guard Card – required.
Job Type and Compensation
Full‑time. Pay: $15.00 per hour.
COVID‑19 considerations: Mask required during shift and provided if needed.
