At The Pediatric Place, we provide comprehensive pediatric services including speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, mental health services, applied behavior analysis, and medical nutrition therapy. Our mission is to empower children to reach their full potential in a supportive and collaborative environment.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with a diverse pediatric caseload addressing articulation, phonology, apraxia, stuttering, and language development challenges. You may also have the opportunity to conduct AAC evaluations and programming based on your interests and expertise.

Location:

Clinton, MO (with opportunities in Knob Noster clinics and local schools)
Salary Range:

$65,000 – $75,000 annually
Bonus:

Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Qualifications

Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Missouri

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Eligibility for or possession of ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) preferred

Experience in pediatric settings is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric patients

Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans

Address speech, language, fluency, and communication disorders

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, and behavioral health providers

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

Educate families and caregivers on treatment strategies and progress

Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively

Compassionate and patient‑focused approach

Interest in AAC evaluations and assistive communication tools is a plus
