Job Summary
Coordinates the end-to-end functional supply chain with the Southington business unit and its customers. This role is responsible for the coordination of pre‑sales support, onboarding, issue management, performance management/analytics, and communication to the Solutions business of ICU Medical. The goal is to ensure that all data, actions, communication, and focus are in place to meet customers and the company’s expectations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all supply chain functions with the Solutions Business Unit and customers.
Represent all supply chain in all pre‑sales activities.
Coordinate and manage the onboarding and implementation activities of new solutions customers for the business and supply chain.
Act as a single point of contact for the Solutions business for communication related to the solutions supply chain.
Coordinate with other operational areas to ensure optimal service for internal and external customers.
Manage and approve inventory restrictions in coordination with the business unit.
Lead weekly service/supply chain calls.
Own the accuracy of the supply chain performance scorecard for the Solutions business.
Coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning and customer care.
Work on special projects as they arise.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication with both internal and external customers.
Strong understanding of overall supply chain flow, process and metrics.
Ability to influence others regardless of reporting relationship.
Ability to organize and complete work with given deadlines.
Ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues.
Problem‑resolution skills.
Self‑motivated and proactive.
Flexibility and change‑mindfulness.
Education and Experience
1-3 years of previous supply chain experience.
1-3 years of customer service and/or customer interface experience.
1-3 years of ERP/MRP experience (Oracle highly preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree required.
