Vaco Arizona is currently hiring a Quality Assurance Coordinator for a leading organization located in Mesa, AZ. This onsite contract role offers up to $26 per hour and focuses on supporting quality, compliance, and regulatory processes within a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, enjoys documentation, audits, and ensuring standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
Follow company policies, SOPs, and FDA/AATB regulations.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and support compliance updates.
Assist with internal and external audit preparation.
Review and maintain documentation such as SOPs, logs, training records, and supply records.
Perform quality checks on records and correct errors.
Support monitoring of the Quality Management System.
Assist with investigations of deviations and quality issues.
Report compliance or documentation issues to leadership.
Handle sensitive donor/health information in compliance with HIPAA.
Collaborate with team members to meet quality goals.
Adapt to changes in processes and quality systems.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 months experience with donor charts and tissue sample handling.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay up to $26 on a contract basis.
Eligible for discretionary bonuses.
