Business Analyst/ Product Manager

We are looking for a dynamic
Business Analyst / Product Manager
with strong experience in
Asset Management / Investment Management domain . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on exposure to
portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and investment operations , along with the ability to translate business needs into
product specifications and intuitive UX designs .
Candidates with
FinTech SaaS product experience
and exposure to
alternative investments
will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into
detailed product specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to design
user-centric UX workflows and wireframes
Work closely with engineering, data, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product features
Understand and map
investment workflows , including:
Trade Order Management
Cashflow & Investment Operations
Analyze and improve
end-to-end trade lifecycle processes
(equities, bonds, and other instruments)
Support
product roadmap planning
and feature prioritization
Perform
data analysis
to support business decisions and product enhancements
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in
Business Analysis / Product Management
Strong domain knowledge in
Asset Management / Institutional Investment Management
Solid understanding of:
Equities, Fixed Income (Bonds), Trade Lifecycle
Investment operations and workflows
Experience in writing:
Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
User Stories, Functional Specs
Exposure to
UX design / workflow design
Hands‑on experience with data analysis tools such as:
SQL / Python / R / Excel
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
