Regulatory Affairs (Nutrition Labeling)
We're seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs professional to support nutrition labeling and regulatory compliance efforts on a 6 month assignment. This role plays a key part in ensuring our products meet FDA and global regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
Review and approve ingredient documentation, nutrition labeling, and regulatory information.
Create and validate Nutrition Facts labels in compliance with FDA and other regulatory entities (e.g., Kosher, Halal).
Perform technical reviews of product and ingredient specifications, ingredient and allergen statements, and packaging artwork.
Assist with preparing and submitting regulatory documentation for internal product approvals and renewals.
Approve regulatory artwork related to ingredient statements, label claims, and nutrition panels.
Stay current on food laws, nutrition labeling regulations, and emerging nutrition trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field (required).
Open to new graduates, including recent or upcoming graduates.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret regulatory and technical documentation.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
