The Business Development Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Chicago (Schaumburg), IL. In this role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth. You will lead the sales cycle, from prospecting and networking to negotiation and contract closure, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Tracking market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and preparing growth forecasts are key components of the role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in business development, relationship management, and strategic partnerships

Proven expertise in sales strategies, contract negotiation, and closing deals

Ability to conduct detailed market research, analyze trends, and create actionable insights

Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and a solid understanding of cloud, data, and AI technologies

Perform Cold Calling and lead generation

Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities, with a results-driven mindset

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
