Responsibilities and Duties
As a Customer Service Specialist on our team, your primary role will be to support the sales efforts of the outside salesperson and various order fulfillment activities in an inside sales capacity. Your duties include processing orders and soliciting additional business from current customers.
Qualifications and Skills
A successful Customer Service Specialist candidate must be career-oriented, have initiative, ambition, and a strong interest and desire to learn the business from the ground up.
Computer skills, including data entry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills with an emphasis toward customer satisfaction
Ability and willingness to learn and multi-task in a fast paced and friendly environment
Minimum 1 year of inside sales and customer service experience
