
Senior Manager Partner Operations

In this hybrid role based at our Chicago Headquarters, you will support the execution and optimization of Alliant Credit Union’s partnership operations across the partner lifecycle. Focus on operational excellence, successful onboarding and launches, and strong ongoing partner performance. Work with cross‑functional teams, including business development, product, legal, finance, and operations. Ensure partner solutions are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with Alliant’s growth objectives in the partner channel.
Responsibilities
Execute and continuously improve programmatic support for partners from onboarding and launch through steady‑state operations.
Lead and manage complex, cross‑functional project plans, adapting timelines and deliverables as business needs evolve.
Support the transition of newly won partnerships from the business development team into operational and vertical business units, ensuring clarity of ownership and readiness.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support discovery, ideation, and solutioning efforts with external partners.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and product teams to drive partnership initiatives to implementation and operational readiness.
Oversee product and solution implementations, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and partner expectations are met.
Maintain an ongoing feedback loop with partners and internal teams to identify enhancements and operational improvements.
Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with partners by understanding their operational needs and proactively addressing challenges.
Define, track, and analyze partnership KPIs to monitor performance, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
Develop data‑driven insights and recommendations to improve partner outcomes and operational efficiency.
Manage partner issues and escalations, coordinating across internal teams to resolve them effectively and professionally.
Ensure partnership operations comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
Prepare regular performance updates, operational insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
Plan, oversee and lead the work of the team to meet functional and individual operational objectives and goals; coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities. Responsible for hire, fire, performance, discipline and problem‑resolution decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum: 4‑year bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Preferred: graduate degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Minimum: 7 years of partnership management, operations, or related strategic roles.
Minimum: 3 years of people management.
In Lieu of Education
10 years of partnership management, operations, or related roles, including people management.
Compensation
Typical hiring range: $119,400.00 to $204,600.00 annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills, and knowledge.
