Position Overview
Seeking a Testing Lead to support testing activities for enhancements and development within the Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). The role focuses on business-side testing in collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and document comprehensive test case scenarios, considering impacts across interconnected systems and programs
Coordinate testing efforts with system project leads and IT teams
Execute test scenarios across multiple systems, review outcomes, track results, and support issue remediation
Maintain understanding of supported business areas, including processes, dependencies, and interactions
Participate in research, analysis, planning, development, and implementation of projects driven by federal regulations, state mandates, and policy updates
Organize, lead, and facilitate project-related meetings
Document testing activities and produce reports summarizing findings and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience working with Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) in a testing capacity
Ability to gather and analyze data, apply logical reasoning, and solve problems effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to interact professionally with project teams, leadership, and IT staff
Capability to build and maintain effective working relationships across diverse teams
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to interpret and apply regulations, policies, and procedures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
