A not-for-profit, physician-led health system in Montana is seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to build their new service line. Work amongst a tenured Psychiatry staff while building out the child and adolescent branch and servicing the community.
Responsibilities and Opportunities
Develop and lead a brand-new service line within a tenured organization alongside a collaborative psychiatric team consisting of experienced Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, RNs, PCTs, and more
Outpatient opportunity – enjoy a four‑day work week with flexible patient scheduling
Academics available
Base salary of $310,000 plus productivity, quality incentive bonuses, retention bonus, sign‑on/relocation
Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement with match, and 7 weeks of PTO (5 weeks of paid time off, 5 days of CME, 7 paid holidays)
