Overview
We are hiring immediately for full time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions. Address: Ascension Seton Hays - 6001 Kyle Parkway, Kyle, TX 78640. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time schedule; days and hours may vary. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview. Pay Range: $16.50 per hour to $17.00 per hour. Requirement: Prior floor maintenance experience is required. Perks: Willing to train!

Responsibilities
Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment.
Maintains knowledge of principles of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
Follow proper procedures for carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of up to 50 lbs.
