The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Carpentry Estimator to analyze blueprints, prepare accurate cost estimates, and secure winning bids. You’ll work closely with project managers on warehouse, retail, and office projects, ensuring every detail is spot-on. We use the estimating program Buzz Bid. Knowledge of this software is extremely helpful!
What You’ll Do
Evaluate project plans and specs for accurate bids.
Perform material takeoffs and labor cost assessments.
Collaborate with the team to transition from bid to build.
What You Bring
5–10 years of commercial estimating experience.
Expertise in metal framing, drywall, ceilings, and door installations.
Familiarity with NJ/NY construction markets a plus.
Strong analytical skills and software proficiency.
