
Screen Print Production Coordinator

The Screen Print Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting management with day-to-day workflow of the screen printing process. This role ensures jobs move efficiently through entry, production and delivery while maintaining quality standards, meeting deadlines, and supporting communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate orders being physically placed on the production floor
Review work orders to confirm accuracy of artwork, item codes, ink colors, and special notes.
Track job process and ensure timelines are met
Communicate updates, delays, or issues to relevant team members
Help monitor inventory levels of inks and supplies
Troubleshoot production challenges and help implement solutions
Help prepare job packet work orders as needed
Support continuous improvement of workflow and efficiency
Assist with training new hires
Act as backup to the screen print manager as needed
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a production environment with noise, heat, and machinery
Required Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in screen printing (all aspects of process including prepress and machine setup); 2+ years preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to learn production management software
Problem‑solving mindset and proactive positive attitude
This position operates primarily in a production/warehouse setting with frequent interaction between office and shop floor personnel. The role requires hands‑on coordination and regular communication with multiple departments.
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (posted pay range based on preferred experience).
