About the Role
Altius Investech is seeking an experienced Project Product Manager with deep expertise in financial products and fintech. The ideal candidate will lead product development initiatives, focusing on mutual funds, asset management, insurance, and investment products. This role is critical in driving innovation and expanding our product offerings in the dynamic fintech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end‑to‑end product development lifecycle for financial products
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps
Develop and manage product strategies aligned with company goals
Work closely with technology teams to ensure seamless product implementation
Analyze product performance metrics and make data‑driven decisionsStay abreast of industry trends, particularly in mutual funds, insurance, and fintech
Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product vision effectively
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or financial services
Deep understanding of mutual funds, asset management, insurance, and investment products
Familiarity with fintech platforms and other new‑age financial services
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent project management and leadership abilities
Effective communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
Qualifications
Experience with pre‑IPO or unlisted shares markets
Knowledge of regulatory environment in financial services
Certifications in product management or relevant financial domains
