Overview
Become a Payor Contract Manager with Agape Care Group. We are looking for a Payor Contract Manager to oversee the financial activities related to the development, negotiation, and maintenance of all healthcare contracts. Key responsibilities include assertively supporting the sales growth by developing new contracts with payers and expanding services with payers that have existing contract. The Payor Contract Manager oversees the entire contract process from pre-contract through post-signature phases, and closely collaborates with internal departments to ensure staff are informed of new and changes to existing contracts.
Responsibilities

Develop new contracts with payers to support sales growth.
Expand services with payers that have existing contracts.
Collaborate with internal departments to communicate changes to contracts and ensure staff are informed.

Qualifications
EDUCATION : Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE : Five (5) years experience in contract management required.
SKILLS : Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills. Healthcare Reimbursement knowledge. Contract negotiation, Data Analysis (Excel, SQL, BI tools), understanding HCPCS, Rev Coding and fee schedules. Knowledge of Insurance Regulations
