Position Snapshot

• Compensation: Up to $255,000 based on experience
• Bonuses:
  • $25K sign-on
  • $50K at 6 months
  • $25K Year 2
  • $10K quality bonus (Year 3)
• Schedule Options: 7a 3p, 7a 5p, or 7a 7p
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Schedule & Call Structure

• Flexible shift options available
• Call: 1:6 rotation (optional but preferred)
  • Post-call day off
  • Additional call stipends and shift differentials

Practice Environment

• Hospital-employed CRNA team

Case mix includes:

• OB
• Bariatric
• Vascular
• Urology

No hearts, trauma, or neuro cases.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care delivery

Qualifications

• NBCRNA Certified (by start date)
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Clean malpractice and license history

Open to new graduates and experienced CRNAs.

Open to H-1B visa candidates (no J-1 waiver support).
