Coverage Needed

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Call Schedule: Average expected time in house to be 8A-8P (12 hours) with 12 hours of on call (8P-8A)
  • 1-2 weeks per month

Clinical Details

• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• EMR System: Epic
• Support Staff: 1 PA/NP
• Patients Per Shift: 15-20 + 5 procedures
• Call Type: In house with 15min response time required
  • Phone Consults: 0-10 (7p-7a)
  • Average Call Back in 24hr: 1-3 times overnight per week
• Regional advanced endoscopy program offering full-spectrum of advanced endoscopic services, including advanced ERCP, therapeutic EUS and advanced resection modalities
• Hospital proceduralist and call coverage

Requirements

• Board Certification: Eligible
• A three year GI fellowship as well as a fourth year-fellowship in advanced endoscopy
• Licensed in OK or IMLC
• ACLS
• Case Logs: Excel formatted case logs by date is required
  • These case logs must include ProVation or a GI system and must be distinct and separate patient case logs for both ECU (100 total) and ERCP (200total), specifically for the past 12 months with excel and they must be listed in date order
• Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited fellowship in Gastroenterology that included training in ERCP
• Required Experience: Demonstrated current competence and evidence of performance of at least 200 therapeutic ERCP procedures, 40 sphincterotomies and 10 stent placements in the past 12 months or completion of training in the past 12 months
