This role directly influences learner retention, brand sentiment, and the ethical deployment of community automation, serving as the bridge between our pedagogical goals and user experience.

Team Structure
Part of the Growth & Experience Team, collaborating closely with Product Engineers and ESG Officers.

Reports To
Head of Learner Experience

Working Conditions
Travel Required 15%

Flexible core hours (10:00 - 15:00 CET), otherwise asynchronous.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of working at a computer.

Ability to travel internationally for quarterly team summits.
