- Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 12 and 24hr call only (7a-7a and 7p-7a) Mostly Weekends
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Rounding with PA in AM (2-4 hours)
- Trauma 3
- PA takes calls and relays to surgeon in urgent cases
- Bypass surgery required, open heart, carotid and possible lung cases
- Average admissions on call: 1-3
- PAs can do EVH
- Avg cases per day: 1-3 or 133 per year
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active MD license, IMLC not accepted, BC, DEA and CSR
- EMR: Meditech
