- Schedule: Day Shift 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday
- Shift Options: 5 - 8 hour shifts or 4 - 10 hour shifts
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinic hours only, no call
Clinical Details
- Outpatient clinic based, except for the occasional inpatient coverage need that will be limited to 1 half-day (Friday PM) on an as needed basis
- Trauma Level: I
- Patients Per Day: 12-14, including follow-ups and 1-2 new patients
- Unit Beds: 20 infusion rooms
- EMR: EPIC/Beacon
- Support Staff: 10 RNs, 4 MAs, 2 RN Navigators, 1 PA, 1 NP, 1 Social Worker, 2 LPNs, 4 Front Desk, 1 Patient Financial Advocate
- Supervision: No APP supervision; resident or teaching supervision required
Requirements
- Board Level: BC
- Hematology & Oncology fellowship training completed with certificate
- IMLC provider accepted with proof of license in an IMLC state/LOQ letter
- Proficient in EPIC and Beacon, able to treat most cancer types
