Qualifications Strong operational skills in Production Management, Workflow Coordination, and Scheduling
Experience in Supervising Teams, Performance Monitoring, and Employee Development
Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Safety Standards
Proficiency in Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement Techniques
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
