Ideal Backgrounds
Operations Leader Turned AI Builder:
Strong operations or business process background who has become highly capable with modern AI tools.
Consultant / Fractional Operator:
Someone who has built automation systems across multiple businesses and can execute quickly.
Independent Builder Seeking Ownership:
Consultant or freelancer ready to go deep inside one company and create lasting impact.
Mid‑Level Technical Builder:
Technical professional seeking more ownership, speed, and real business impact.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, this person will help us:
Increase speed and efficiency across departments
Improve reporting and visibility
Upskill teams on practical AI usage
Deliver measurable ROI on technology investments
What We’re Looking For
Strong business judgment and operational mindset
Builder mentality with bias toward action
Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving environment
Strong communicator who can work with both frontline teams and executives
Practical thinker who values outcomes over hype
Ability to simplify complexity and make change stick
This is an opportunity to help shape the future of an established and growing business through innovation, ownership, and meaningful execution. You will have direct access to leadership, real autonomy, and the ability to make visible impact quickly.
