Job Function
This position is responsible for the coordination and control of multiple branch locations. This person will be called upon to grow and develop business within company‑defined geographic parameters.
Essential Functions
Member of the Regional Management and Safety Teams, supporting company policies and cultivating the MPW culture.
Establish and follow safety rules and regulations, including DOT, Environmental Compliance, and OSHA; lead monthly safety committee meetings.
Responsible for management duties such as establishing and maintaining training, quality, customer‑service, and IT strategy standards.
Manage regional sales team, pricing, and product management to establish and meet sales goals.
Oversee P&L, meet budget and capital outlay targets, and drive strategic planning goals.
Manage general human resources operations within FEM, including talent acquisition, retention, personnel workflow, training and development, succession planning, and employee relations.
Additional Responsibilities
Non‑traditional availability may be required due to the 24/7 nature of the service business.
Travel to MPW and customer sites as needed; 60 to 100 overnight nights per year required.
Become an expert on the full range of MPW product offerings to cross‑sell business units, adapt, and share best practices.
Qualifications
Business degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Eight years of management and P&L experience.
Strong business acumen.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Industrial experience preferred.
