Full-Time Associate Dentist - $200K+ Guarantee + 40k Sign-on Bonus Mississippi

R.S.M.C. Services on behalf of our client is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a mission-driven dental organization focused on delivering high-quality care while making a positive impact in the community.

Position Overview

• Role: Full-Time Associate Dentist

• Practice Model: Team-based, community-focused environment

• Patient Population: Approximately 70% pediatric (ages 3 21) with up to 30% adults depending on location

• Technology: Digital X-rays, panoramic imaging, fiber-optic handpieces, and modern practice management software

• Clinical Support: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider

Clinical Environment

• Average daily flow of operative and hygiene patients

• Payor mix includes state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network patients

• Ongoing mentorship, collaboration, and professional development encouraged

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base pay: $800/day with uncapped earning potential

• Sign-on bonus: $40,000

• Student loan repayment assistance: $1,000 per month

Candidate Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program

• Active or eligible for licensure in the state of practice
