About the Role
RSMC Services is seeking experienced Locum Dentists to support high-volume community health clinics in Northern California. This is an excellent opportunity for providers looking for flexible, well-supported assignments in scenic coastal locations while earning competitive daily rates.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric and adult patients (50/50 mix)
Perform exams, fillings, extractions, preventive care, and patient education
Maintain accurate records and close charts within 72 hours of visits
Follow clinic and compliance protocols
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure quality care delivery
Compensation & Perks
Daily Rate: $1,150-$1,200/day
Weekly Direct Deposit
Travel Covered: Airfare, housing, rental car, and mileage reimbursement
No Call Required
Quick Decisions: Typically within 7-14 days
Schedule Flexibility: Choose a 4-day or 5-day workweek
Credentialing & Requirements
Active DEA License required before start date
Valid CA license
Minimum 3-month commitment
Ideal Candidate
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
California Dental License (active or pending)
Comfortable working in high-volume, community-focused settings
