
Logistics Planner

Your Contribution
As our Planner, you will manage the supply chain and component inventories at optimal levels to support production schedules and sales.
Determine delivery frequency with vendors to optimize inventory.
Create and modify vendor schedules based on delivery frequency.
Maintain inventory levels according to planned production.
Establish and maintain work instruction.
Track deliveries of internationally‑supplied components.
Participate in vendor visits and audits as necessary.
Assist with cycle counts and/or annual physical inventory.
Coordinate inventory transitions for product engineering changes.
Calculate monthly delivery performance.
Conduct monthly physical count of consignment inventory.
Provide consignment inventory quantities to vendors at month‑end.
Initiate and resolve vendor non‑conformances and charge‑backs for logistic reasons.
Resolve vendor delivery issues and determine need for expedited freight.
Identify internal inventory discrepancies and manage resolution.
Receiving of all components and non‑inventory items into MM.
Track and order all non‑inventory items and packaging as needed.
Required to use a pallet jack, fork truck, and stock picker.
Create material master Warehouse Management view.
Fill storeroom supply list.
Pack and label components for storage/shipment.
Analyze hold shelf for component issues.
Your Experience & Qualification
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
Advanced Excel and Word skill.
