Shift Manager Responsibilities
You will help operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis and assist the management team to ensure every shift runs smoothly. You’ll also guide team members through performance and training initiatives, and provide exceptional customer service to keep customers coming back.
Qualifications
Have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience.
Have examples of providing exceptional customer service.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be eligible to work in the U.S.
$17.30 - $26.40. The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
