Typically does not have the authority to hire, fire, or promote, but their input on these types of actions is highly considered. Main focus is on each employee they manage. May coordinate the business aspects of a department to include, but not limited to, strategy, project management, budget planning and oversight, and financial operations.

Job Description
The Materials Management Coordinator (Supply Chain Coordinator) reports to the Site Supply Chain Manager. Under limited supervision, the Coordinator supervises the staff, the inventory management, and the distribution function for the Medical Center. When there are no direct reports, the Coordinator functions independently as the Supply Chain representative for their assigned area, including, but not limited to, stocking, ordering, product disruption mitigation, and receiving.
The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for completing daily work assignments, managing PTO and holiday schedules, and producing the Supply Tech’s routine schedule. In conjunction with the site supply chain manager, the Coordinator will hold their staff accountable for meeting guidelines and expectations set forth by MUHA policy. This includes, but is not limited to, attendance and behavioral expectations.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience: Five years of progressive work experience.
