This role sits at the intersection of legal practice and innovation, embedding within practice groups to evaluate workflows, identify high-impact opportunities for AI, and drive adoption from pilot through scale. The ideal candidate will bring several years of BigLaw experience, a strong consultative mindset, and hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools and applications. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role for someone who can translate between attorneys and technologists, lead change in a complex environment, and help shape the future of legal service delivery. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, New York, or Washington, D.C.
