About the Role
ISS is seeking an
Aviation Operations Analyst
to support the delivery and continuous improvement of aviation systems, data, and reporting across our national operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, effective reporting, and strong collaboration across Aviation, IT, and operational teams.
The role will be based in the ISS Corporate Office in the State capital city.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and support aviation systems and data requirements
Perform data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and ongoing dataset maintenance
Ensure accurate, reliable dashboards and reporting for national, site, and client stakeholders
Provide regular performance, delivery, and capability risk reporting to senior management
Support the review and improvement of internal processes and workflows to enhance compliance and effectiveness
Collaborate closely with IT and internal stakeholders to prioritise and deliver aviation data initiatives
Support system and process rollouts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue documentation, and post‑implementation support
Provide subject matter expertise on aviation data and systems and represent Aviation in relevant systems and governance forums
Support system administration activities including user access, workspace management, and data governance controls
Promote best practice, service quality initiatives, and continuous improvement across Aviation
Uphold health, safety, and wellbeing responsibilities in line with ISS OHS requirements
About You
Working knowledge of
Microsoft 365 , particularly
Excel
and
Power Automate
Exposure to
Power BI
and
Power Query
for data preparation and reporting
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement
