Clinical Business Intelligence Manager

Alignerr, Salt Lake City, UT, United States

Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training)
What if your deep expertise in clinical analytics could directly shape how AI understands and interprets healthcare data? We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead BI teams in building the analytics frameworks, dashboards, and data pipelines that inform real‑world healthcare decisions — and help train the next generation of AI models.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for seasoned healthcare data professionals who want to apply their skills at the frontier of AI development.

Position Details

Organization: Alignerr

Type: Hourly Contract

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision‑making.

Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting tools — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale.

Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface meaningful trends that inform leadership decisions and improve care delivery.

Translate complex, multi‑source healthcare datasets into clear, trusted insights that drive organizational efficiency and patient outcomes.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align BI outputs with evolving clinical and AI project requirements.

Who You Are

Experienced healthcare or clinical analytics professional with a strong track record in BI, data management, or related fields.

Proven ability to design, manage, and scale BI systems — including dashboards, reporting pipelines, and robust data models.

Comfortable working with clinical, operational, and administrative datasets in regulated healthcare environments.

A clear communicator who can bridge the gap between technical data systems and clinical decision‑makers.

Self‑directed and reliable — you thrive working independently across distributed, asynchronous teams.

Nice to Have

Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems.

Familiarity with AI training workflows or experience contributing to AI‑adjacent projects.

Background working with EHR systems, claims data, or population health platforms.

Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading distributed data teams.

Why Join Us

Work alongside world‑leading AI research labs on genuinely cutting‑edge projects.

Fully remote and flexible — structure your work around your life, not the other way around.

Freelance autonomy with the substance of meaningful, high‑impact work.

Gain direct exposure to advanced large language models and how they are trained and evaluated.

Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch.
