Aon is looking for a Bilingual Benefit Analyst!
In this role, you will adjudicate benefits for various client debt cancellation programs which include coverages such as involuntary unemployment, disability, loss of life, and more. Each client’s programs are adjudicated based on terms and conditions and standard operating procedures. Production and quality expectations are based on client contractual requirements. The schedule is Hybrid (3 days in office) and located in the Alpharetta, GA office.
As part of the role, the Benefit Analyst will handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to/from customers and third parties. This requires the analyst to listen to customers, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate response.

What your day will look like:
Process benefit related transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Review and analyze the documentation needed to process a benefit
Review daily follow‑up status reports and prioritize and manage daily inventory to meet contractual service levels
Manage inbound calls in a timely manner
Identify and respond efficiently and accurately to customers, providing solutions and/or alternatives
Engage in active listening with the customer, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing situations as needed
Maneuver through various systems while engaging with the customer
Document details of customers’ inquiries and/or complaints and the actions taken to resolve their issues in a comprehensible way
Strive to meet or exceed production and quality metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
At least 1 year of industry‑specific experience in debt cancellation/benefits or a related industry
Bilingual: Spanish and English, written and verbal
Customer service experience and strong communication and listening skills
Ability to multi‑task and manage time effectively
Clear, concise, and effective written communication
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on quality
Committed to providing superior customer service
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $45,000 to $50,000 annually. Actual salary may vary based on education, experience, skills, abilities, and internal equity.
