Flatbed CDL Driver, OTR Route

Looking for an exciting driving opportunity in the western region of America. System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flat‑bed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes to transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

Route: OTR (Over‑The‑Road)
Division: Division 200
Terminal: Spokane, WA
Home Time: 3 weeks out, then 3 days off

Financial Package
Weekly Pay: $1,094 – $2,103.53 per week
Annual Pay: $56,880 – $109,383.56 per year (depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service)
Flatbed OTR Driver Rate: $0.55 – $0.60 per mile
Transition Package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 for orientation)

Hiring Qualifications

Must have a valid Class A CDL

Must be 21 years of age or older

4+ months of driving experience

Safe driving record

No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years

Preference for 1‑year truck driving experience (not required)

Background check required

Clean drug test required

Clean Clearinghouse result required

Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
