This is an internal agency position; current employees of the Department of Children and Families in the Economic Self Sufficiency Program are eligible to be considered.
Responsibilities
Provide workload and performance management reports for regional leadership on a daily and monthly basis.
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access to create pivot tables, charts, graphs, and tables as required.
Provide data to assist leadership in investigating, assessing, and analyzing performance or workload management trends and issues.
Provide and track data for regional hiring and staff retention plans; monitor and assist Circuit HR Liaisons in managing the hiring process with accuracy and timeliness, and maintain vacancy and hiring data for the region.
Ensure accurate and timely posting and close out of requisitions on People First; track and monitor the region’s weekly vacancy reporting and hiring activities.
Support successful implementation of the regional hiring and retention plan.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) from a college or university with 3 years’ experience in data analysis or administrative work. Professional or nonprofessional experience described above may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education.
Skill in compiling and organizing data from monitoring to identify error trends.
Ability to prepare computer analytical reports to support management in determining corrective actions; participate in error reductions.
Experience in preparing and coordinating reports; contribute to quality improvement strategies.
Analyze data from region monitoring and quality control; prepare reports and presentations; monitor and evaluate operational performance and workload outcomes; assist with operational planning and service delivery.
Provide administrative support and participate in committees, work groups, and community activities as directed.
Some travel will be required.
