Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP)
SONEPAR's STEP program is a
12‑Month
dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and help establish their careers. Participants receive hands‑on experience through on‑the‑job work, e‑learning, subject‑matter expert training, and residency trips covering site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, project management, e‑commerce, and the SONEPAR USA and Operating Companies’ business philosophy. At the program’s conclusion, participants will present key strategic initiatives to executive leadership.

Additional Rotations
Team‑Building activities with fellow emerging professionals
All‑expense paid travel to different company locations
Enhanced understanding of our business through specialized training
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum GPA of 3.0.
Enthusiastic, self‑starter attitude.
Excellent communication, time‑management, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Flexible and adaptable team player.
