Position Overview
SSM Health’s Occupational Medicine clinic in Janesville, Wisconsin is hiring an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to manage occupational health patients, including workers’ comp and DOT examinations.
Responsibilities
Provide occupational health services to a variety of patients.
Conduct workers’ compensation and driver’s license examinations.
Document and manage occupational health records.
Collaborate with clinic staff and patients for care plans.
Qualifications
Experience as a provider is highly preferred.
Occupational health experience is a plus but training provided.
Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program.
Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin.
DEA license.
Medical Examiner Certification obtainable upon starting employment.
