Compensation
The wage for this full‑time non-exempt $15.16/hour.
Job Summary
This position under general supervision will undertake a variety of assignments and projects to support the several DMEA/Elevate departments. This position requires strong oral and written communication, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Education & Experience
Must be actively enrolled in high school or in an accredited degree or certificate program.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications & Licenses/Certifications
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Must have a valid driver's license, preferred.
Essential Job Functions
Interacts and represents the company in a professional manner with a variety of people, including customers, employees, and affiliated organizations.
Learn and develop professional skills in a business environment.
Provide general administrative support to various DMEA/Elevate departments.
Provides customer service, information, referrals, and assistance.
Provide general administrative support to the IT Team.
Assist the NOSA Team in coordinating with the Customer Service Team with equipment upgrade projects.
Essential Physical and Mental Requirements
Requires frequent sitting, standing, walking and the use of keyboard/computer, and occasional bending, kneeling, reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds.
Requires attention to detail; the ability to read, write and perform basic math.
The use of office equipment including personal computers, related software, copiers and fax machines, etc.
